Benefits

Aurora Health Care provides generous benefits for all levels of employees and mangers.

The benefits described are available for imaging employees of the following organizations: Aurora Sinai Medical, St. Luke's Medical Center, Aurora St. Luke's South Shore, Aurora West Allis Medical Center.

Health & dental coverage:
Several options are available for Aurora employees assigned to 40 or more hours per pay period. Options include a three tier sign up for single, two-party or family coverage. Health and dental insurance is effective first of the month following the date of hire.

Paid time off:
Paid time off (PTO) is available to Aurora employees assigned to 16 hours per pay period or more. This covers holidays, vacation and sick time.  Employees start to accrue on date of hire and time is available once it has been accrued.

Short term disability:
Provided to Aurora assigned to 40 or more hours per pay period.

Group and supplemental life insurance:
Basic group life insurance provided to Aurora employees assigned 40 or more hours per pay period. Additional supplemental life insurance is available for a nominal cost.

Pension & incentive savings:
Aurora has retirement plans to help you secure your goals for your future.

Aurora Flex:
Available to Aurora employees assigned 40 or more hours per pay period. The plan permits employees to save pre-tax dollars to pay for medical/dental expenses and dependant day care expenses that are not paid for by other plans.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP):
Free & confidential assessment and referral service to help employees and their families work through problems before they impact their health, family life or job performance.

Direct deposit:
Employees are required to participate in direct deposit for payroll. Options exist for your pay to be deposited into a checking or savings account of your choice.

Education assistance:
Employees assigned at least 16 hours or more per pay period and pursuing a market sensitive area and employees assigned 40 hour or more a pay period pursuing a non-market sensitive area of study are eligible to apply for tuition reimbursement.
