Refilling your prescriptions has never been easier

Free mail-order delivery
Get your maintenance prescriptions by mail – and delivered for free. Enrolling in our mail-order delivery program is an easy, two-step process, and we ship to 25 states. See how it works.

Same-day delivery
We partner with ScriptDrop to offer same-day pharmacy delivery of your prescriptions. You can even have multiple prescriptions delivered in the same trip for one set delivery fee. All medications are eligible for delivery.
- Call your pharmacy by noon to request delivery.
- Provide payment and insurance information.
- Get your prescription delivered by ScriptDrop from 1-5 p.m. the same day, Monday through Friday.
The ScriptDrop delivery fee is $8 within five miles of your local Aurora Pharmacy, plus $3 for each additional mile – and it’s an eligible expense that can be paid with a flexible spending account (FSA).
Orders requested after noon will be delivered the next day. (Note: Orders requested after the cutoff Friday will be delivered Monday.)

How do I transfer medications to Aurora Pharmacy?
We’re close by and convenient – it makes sense to get prescriptions with us. Simply find your local pharmacy, call to request a prescription transfer and we’ll take it from there.
How will I know my medication is ready?
When your prescription is filled, we’ll automatically call when it’s ready for pickup. If you’d also like to get text message alerts and reminders, just ask your pharmacy team to update your notification preferences.

Is there an automatic refill option for my prescriptions?
Yes, our auto-refill program automatically fills your ongoing maintenance prescriptions each month. For your convenience, we’ll fill your prescription before you’re due to run out of medication. If you use LiveWell, you can update your settings to be notified when your prescriptions are filled.
Your medications can be picked up at your local Aurora Pharmacy or mailed to your home for free. And when you’re out of refills, we’ll reach out to your doctor to help avoid any interruptions to your treatment plan.
