Student housing agreement

Prior to requesting housing and signing the student housing agreement, please read the following:

  • Please be aware that housing is co-ed. Due to our continuous high volume of students, it is likely you will have a roommate. We do try to honor special housing requests as we can, but it may not always be possible. We do not mix male and female within each bedroom; you will share a room with the same gender.
  • Family and friend visits are always welcome; however, overnight stays are not allowed. Please remind your visitors to make other appropriate accommodations when coming for a visit.
  • Pets are not allowed in any Aurora Health Care student housing locations. Please make appropriate arrangements prior to staying in housing.
  • Please leave the apartment how you found it. No dirty dishes, trash, etc. At the end of each rotation, we have a professional cleaning service conduct a deep cleaning of each apartment. You do not need to scrub anything, just pick up after yourselves. Fees for any additional cleaning that is needed will be charged to the students.
  • You are responsible for bringing your own bath and bed linens (twin), toiletries, groceries, cleaning supplies, and other personal items.
  • If you find yourself locked out of your apartment, you may visit the security office at St. Luke's Medical Center. They have access to a spare set of keys.
  • Do not borrow or give your apartment key to anyone. If a key is misplaced or lost, we immediately replace the lock on the apartment. The student will be responsible for the replacement and associated fees ($150+). See the full list of replacement/repair fees [PDF].
  • Please be mindful, respectful and courteous to your fellow roommates. You will be sharing this space with your colleagues for a minimum of 4 weeks.
