Apply through ERAS

Please apply through the Electronic Residency Application System (ERAS). You’ll need to submit the following documents:

  • Personal statement
  • Curriculum vitae (CV)
  • Three letters of recommendation
  • Medical school transcript
  • Medical school performance evaluation (Dean’s Letter)
  • USMLE or COMLEX transcript
  • Photograph
  • Current ECFMG status report (for international medical graduates)

Interview preference criteria

All applications will be reviewed by the recruitment committee, with interview preference given to applicants who:

  • Passed USMLE/COMLEX Steps 1 and 2 on first attempt; no set required score
  • Graduated from medical school within the last year
  • Possess excellent written and oral communication skills

International medical graduates

Graduates of medical school outside of the United States must also meet the following requirements:

  • Be a United States citizen or a lawful permanent US resident with a resident alien permit, EAD card or green card
  • Obtain ECFMG certification, which is required before the start of residency
