We’re readily available if you need help with home medical equipment. Keep in mind that we’re more than just a delivery service. We also offer:

Aurora Health at Home does more than just deliver respiratory devices. Our respiratory therapists and team offer:

  • Equipment setup: Our respiratory team adjusts your equipment and settings so you get the best results.
  • Patient education: You learn how to effectively use your breathing device and monitor your progress, as well as when to reach out with concerns.
  • Follow-up appointments: If you have a ventilator or tracheostomy, our therapists come back every 1 to 3 months. They check your equipment, monitor your use and review instructions, if needed. In addition, our therapists are always available by phone to answer questions between appointments.
  • Wireless monitoring: Our CPAPs, BIiPAPs and ventilators offer wireless monitoring. Our therapists check your pattern of use and work with you to ensure compliance with your insurance plan.
