Homeowners Options Program for the Elderly

Homeowners Options Program for the Elderly (HOPE) is a free service designed to help homeowners find ways to pay past-due property taxes. HOPE is available to Milwaukee County homeowners 60 or older who are struggling with a property tax dilemma. HOPE Counselors help to develop a complete financial assessment and action plan to address immediate and future property tax needs.
