Pregnancy welcome visit
We’re with you every step of the way – starting as soon as you find out you’re expecting. Call to schedule your pregnancy welcome visit with one of our women’s health registered nurses – it’s a one-hour face-to-face appointment focused on you.
We’ll get you in within three business days of your call to answer your immediate questions and review your care choices – and we can help you schedule ongoing prenatal care, including:
- Prenatal testing
- Nutrition and exercise
- Developing a birthing plan
- Choosing a doctor for your new baby
Pregnancy care at every stage
Whether you’re newly expecting or as far as your third trimester, at the Women’s Health Department and OB/GYN clinic in Manitowoc County, we’re here to help with a variety of services, including:
- Pediatricians and OB/GYNs on call 24/7
- OB registered nurses with advanced training and expertise on call 24/7
- An Aurora maternal-fetal medicine specialist
- Anesthesia team on call 24/7
- C-section suite in our labor and delivery unit
- Seamless transfer to an Aurora Level III neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) in Green Bay if needed
