Birthing center services
Our birthing centers offer a variety of unique amenities in addition to top-notch medical care for you and your baby.
Maternal-fetal medicine specialists – doctors with special training in high-risk pregnancy – staff many of our facilities and advanced fetal monitoring equipment is on hand during labor and delivery. Other team members include OB/GYNs, pediatricians, family medicine physicians, anesthesiologists, registered nurses, certified lactation consultants, certified nurse midwives, neonatologists and maternal-fetal medicine specialists.
Our labor and delivery teams are supported by the latest equipment and technology to help with all aspects of birthing and infant care.
Amenities
We offer private labor, delivery and recovery suites featuring comfortable furniture and décor, your own lighting and temperature controls, as well as a television. Several of our locations have whirlpool tubs. We also offer flexible visiting hours to better meet your needs.

Level III neonatal intensive care units (NICUs) to handle serious complications are available at:
- Green Bay: Women's center
- West Allis: Birthing center at the Women's Pavilion
- Milwaukee: Birthing center
Level II intensive care nurseries can handle newborn complications with on-site 24/7 neonatal nurse practitioners and are available at these locations:
- Summit: Birthing center
- Kenosha: Family birth center
- Grafton: Birthing center
- Sheboygan: Birthing center
