Hyperbaric oxygen therapy

Aurora is home to one of the first hyperbaric medicine programs in the nation. Hyperbaric medicine is a specialized treatment that helps chronic wounds heal by increasing the flow of oxygen in the blood. Aurora Health Care Centers for Comprehensive Wound Care & Hyperbaric Medicine are the only programs in the state of Wisconsin to be accredited by the Undersea & Hyperbaric Medical Society, and most locations have received accreditation with distinction. We have the only programs in Wisconsin to have received this accreditation.
