Effective March 1, 2023, all Advance Practice Clinician (APC) rotation requests must be submitted via My Clinical Exchange by the school coordinators/clinical director on behalf of students. Submitting a request does not guarantee a placement.

Aurora is currently not accepting new affiliation agreements. We will continue working with the affiliation agreements we have with numerous schools and our Core Academic Partners.

Core academic partners

Our off-site hospitals and clinics proudly serve as clinical campuses for our core academic partners:

Aurora also has affiliation agreements with numerous schools that are not considered Core Academic Partners. For students from those schools, a $50 processing fee is required for clinical placement.

Application process

Physician Assistant students seeking placement should have their school coordinator or clinical director submit a request on MyClinicalExchange.

Students from our core academic partners will be given priority. Submitting a request does not guarantee a placement.

For questions, please contact Jenna Kuhn.

  • Placement and Onboarding Fee: $250.00 per student
  • Education and Coordination Fee: $250.00 per student per week
