How to schedule an appointment in LiveWell

You'll need to create a LiveWell account to schedule an appointment in the app or website.

1. Select Schedule an appointment from Visits on the LiveWell website. Or select Schedule an appointment from Manage appointments on the LiveWell app.
2. Select the appointment options that work for you to finish scheduling your appointment.

How to schedule an appointment online

You can make an appointment with your own doctor or a new provider on our website.

• Search for a doctor by address, name or specialty, and select Search.

When you’ve found your own doctor or new provider in the results, select Schedule now (if available) or View profile to learn more about the provider.
